This 15th international South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) conference aims to convene postgraduate researchers, academics, and industry professionals from Southern Africa and beyond to discuss pertinent issues and advance the built environment professions. The conference theme "QS and the Built Environment: Navigating Disruption, Collaboration, and a Sustainable Future" emphasises the evolving role of Quantity Surveyors in addressing modern challenges within the built environment sector. As the construction-value chain faces rapid technological advancements and increasing sustainability demands, Quantity Surveyors play a pivotal role in inter- and multi-disciplinary collaborations to promote the integration of innovative technological and sustainable solutions.
