The College of Design, Construction and Planning (DCP) and the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) at the University of Florida are pleased to announce the inaugural International Conference on Industrialized Construction (IConIC 2026), an interdisciplinary conference aimed at systematically integrating industrial operations principles, including industrial engineering, supply chain management, and systems engineering, with the construction domain across planning, design, construction, and facility management.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full Papers (up to 8 pages; font size 12 lbs):Comprehensive technical or theoretical contributions presenting completed research, validated methods, or in-depth case studies. Full papers will undergo peer review and, if accepted, will be included in the conference proceedings.
• Extended Abstracts:Practice-oriented submissions focusing on industry case studies, applied research, or emerging technologies. Extended abstracts should clearly describe the problem context, approach, and key outcomes, with an emphasis on lessons learned and practical impact.
• Posters:Submissions showcasing work in progress, preliminary results, novel concepts, or student-led research. Posters provide an interactive forum for discussion and feedback during the conference.
